This psycho-educational program is personalized to support your family in building Attachment during the first year of a new relationship in adoption. I will help you build skills that will support you in developing a reciprocal enduring relationship between you and your newly adopted child.

NO charge to families adopting through the state.
$350 to other adoptive families.

Week 1: Understanding the challenges children face after adoption.
Week 2: Stepping from an Insecure to a Secure Attachment.
Week 3: Supporting your child through grief and loss.
Week 4: When is your child ready to begin the healing process from early trauma?

* *An INITIAL ATTACHMENT EVALUATION will be provided at completion of this program.
